The live video feed from the abode streaming camera can be viewed from the abode web or mobile app. The camera will also automatically capture video clips when the alarm is activated, during an abode Automation that you setup, or upon a manual request from the abode web or mobile app from an authenticated used.

LED Details
This section provides an overview of the cameras LED Lights.
- Power LED (Green)
- Warning LED (Red)
- Flashes for 2-3 seconds: Activating WPS protocol
- Flashes 3 times: WPS pairing successful
- Flashes twice: Enter/exit privacy mode
- Steady On: The IP Camera is in privacy mode

Pairing the streaming camera to your abode gateway
- Remove the camera, power transformer, and ethernet cable from the box
- Plug one end of the ethernet cable into a spare port on your router, and the other end into the back of the camera. The ethernet cable is only needed during pairing. During the pairing process, you'll have an opportunity to move it to Wi-Fi.
- Insert the power transformer connector into the back of the camera and plug the transformer into an AC outlet.
- Next you will use your abode web or mobile app to pair the streaming camera with the gateway, once this is accomplished you will be able to stream live video from the web and mobile app.
Pairing and installing the streaming camera via abode Mobile App
- In the abode Mobile App, go to Settings>>Add Device
- Select Steaming Camera
- Select 1080p Camera and then follow the wizard to finish adding the camera
Pairing and installing the streaming camera via abode Web App
- In the abode Web app (https://my.goabode.com)
- In the devices section, click the "+" button
- Select Streaming Camera
- Select 1080p Camera and then follow the wizard to finish adding the camera
Recording locally using an SD Card
- Insert Micro SD card into card slot located on the side of the camera (card does not need to be formatted)
- When movement is detected, a video clip will be recorded onto the memory card but will not trigger the system or send the captured video clip to the timeline.
- To view the video clips, remove the memory card from the camera and place into a computer or SD card reader to review the time-stamped clips (You cannot view the video clips on the abode app)
Note: The recordings on the memory card are stored in order with the newest on top. Once the memory card is full, the oldest clips will be recorded over as new clips are recorded.
Mounting Instructions
When preparing to mount your IP camera
The camera stand is already fixed to the device. To mount the IP Camera, simply follow the below steps:
- Using the two breakaway mounting holes on the mounting base as templates, drill holes in the surface.
- Insert the wall plugs if fixing into plaster or brick
- Screw the mounting base into the wall plugs.
- Attach the camera stand onto the mounting base, make sure the three mounting
hooks match the three latches on the mounting base (see image below).
5. Attach the Camera Stand onto the Mounting Base.
- To adjust the angle of the IP Camera, you can:
- Tilt Back and Forth
- Rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.
- Rotate the stand base attached to the mounting base.
- Tilt Back and Forth
