If your Motion Camera is sending broken or blank images to your gateway, this usually means that there is some interference with the motion cameras signal to the gateway.
The following may correct the issue.
- Move your Gateway or Iota or try relocating the motion camera.
- Click HERE to contact our support team. We can then help determine the problem.
Also, please note that by default, the PIR cameras send images at the lowest resolution setting You can increase the resolution in the Abode Web App >> Account >> System Settings. The higher resolution will delay the receiving of the captured images being sent to the mobile and Web app.
