If your Motion Camera is sending broken images to your gateway, this usually means that ZigBee signal is being interfered with.
There are two quick fixes for this problem:
- Move your Wi-Fi Router and abode Gateway at least 2 feet apart. If you have a high-powered Wi-Fi router, then you might need additional separation.
- Click HERE to contact our support team. We can then change the ZigBee channel that your gateway is using.
Also, please note that by default, the PIR cameras send images at the lowest resolution setting You can increase the resolution in the abode web app >> Account >> System Settings.
