From time to time, your Abode Cam (1080p streaming camera) may stop responding or appear offline. If you have already tried deleting and re-adding the camera with no success, follow the step below to start from scratch.
- Unplug the power cord from the IP cam
- Hold the WPS button (Lower button) while plugging it back in and continue to hold the WPS button for anywhere between 45 to 120 seconds. After the 45 second mark, when you see all three lights flash ON and then OFF, the Abode Cam has been reset
- Once reset, the camera will need to be deleted and added back to the system
