As of April 2020 we have redone our plan activation process to be much easier on you, the user. With this new process, the abode plan that you selected at checkout will be activated as soon as you set up your gateway via the abode mobile or web app.
To verify which plan you currently have, visit the general account page on your abode web app and look in the rightmost column under your name and email.
If you purchased a plan separately, you will have had an activation code emailed to you. Follow the steps below to activate your plan. If you are having trouble finding your code, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or chat to us at goabode.com and we will be happy to provide.
Navigate to the settings section by using the cogwheel button in the bottom right of the app, shown here:
Select "Manage Plan":
Select I already purchased a plan:
Enter your code and select Activate Service:
The next few screens will vary depending on the plan that is being activated. Please follow the prompts to complete activation.
Navigate to the billing section of your account here.
And select "I already Purchased" a plan in the top right
Enter your prepaid code and click "Activate Service".
