The iota, gateway, and streaming camera come with an activation code when shipped. We recommend keeping this code in a place you will remember. This code is used during initial installation but may also be used in troubleshooting efforts (e.g. if you delete the camera from your system and are trying to re-install). If you have misplaced this code, the Abode support team can help you retrieve it for you if you supply us the MAC address of your hub or camera. This MAC can be found on the bottom of the physical device.
