- would like to change the Gateway's ownership
We got you covered!
Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 650-443-7834 and request to delete your profile/account. This will effectively remove you from our database and the system and will pave the way for the new owners to establish their own account.
You would first need to verify the following info:
- The MAC address of the gateway
- The emergency contacts on the account, found here: https://my.goabode.com/#/app/account
- The address the abode system is currently protected, also found here: https://my.goabode.com/#/app/account
After this verification, we'll delete your account.
From there, the new owners can contact us at email@example.com or call 650-443-7834 with the Gateway MAC address to obtain the Activation Code, download the app and then create their own accounts.
