Abode UK Delivery & Returns
We aim to deliver orders within 1-2 business days in conjunction with our partner FEDEX.
All orders are sent on a free next day delivery service if ordered before the 3pm cut off Monday to Friday. Any orders made after the 3PM cut off on a Friday will be sent the following working day.
We only deliver to the UK (except Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, Herm, Jersey) from this site.
For all other countries, you may purchase from our international site www.goabode.com. Please be aware that import duties might apply as your order is sent from outside Europe. Choose "International" in the country selector at the footer of the page.
Items ordered from the US site will not work with the UK systems and vice versa. UK add-ons will communicate with the UK hubs and US add-ons will communicate with the US hubs - they do not work interchangeably.
You have 14 days from the date you received your device(s) to request a full refund. The device(s) must be returned as received and in a resaleable condition with the packaging intact. Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters, mounting plates components, and documentation that were included when you received to receive the refund in accordance with the terms listed in this policy.
There are some items, however, that are ineligible (or under limited circumstances) for return, including:
3-Day and 7-Day Professional Monitoring plans
Orders shipped and/or used outside of the United Kingdom are void of any returns or refunds
Annual plans can only be refunded if the “Abode starter kit” is returned within the 14-calendar day window referenced in our standard return policy above.
All other plan transactions are final and are ineligible for a refund and can only be cancelled prior to the next plan renewal.
