The Smart Plug plugs into any standard indoor outlet and lets you remotely control whatever is plugged into it: a lamp, fan, coffee maker, or any other appliance. Control it from the Abode app, with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant, or automate it with CUE automations.
Pairing your Smart Plug
1. Open the Abode app on your iOS or Android device and tap the Device tab.
2. Tap "+ Add Device".
3. Tap the "Smart Home" category.
4. Select "Smart Plug".
5. Follow the in-app prompts to pair the switch to your Abode system.

Controlling your Smart Plug
From the Abode app
Open the app and tap the switch on your device dashboard to toggle it on or off instantly.
With voice assistants
The Smart Plug is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Link your Abode account in your preferred voice assistant app, then use voice commands to control the switch.
Using CUE automations
You can automate the Smart Plug using CUE: for example, turn on a lamp automatically when your system disarms, or switch off a fan when you leave home. Set up CUE automations in the Abode app under Automations.
