Our professional monitoring center requires a 4-digit PIN to verify your identity in the event of an alarm. Please remember this PIN code as you'll need to provide it to the monitoring center operator to disarm your alarm.
When you sign up for one of Abode's professionally monitored plans, you will be required to establish a PIN Code. You can change this PIN code at anytime, by following these steps:
In the Abode App on your iOS or Android device, select the Menu (≡)
Tap your name to open your Profile.
Tap "Monitoring Pin". Note this option is only available to users on a plan supporting professional monitoring.
4. Revise you PIN code and select "Save".
