The professional monitoring center requires a 4-digit PIN to verify your identity in the event of an alarm. Please remember this PIN code, as you will need to provide it to the monitoring center operator to disarm your alarm.
When you sign up for one of Abode's professionally monitored plans, you will be required to establish a PIN code. You can change this PIN code at any time by following these steps:
Changing your monitoring PIN
1. In the Abode app, tap the Menu icon.
2. Tap your name to open your Profile.
3. Tap "Monitoring Pin." Note that this option is only available to users on a plan supporting professional monitoring.
4. Revise your PIN code and tap "Save."
