How can I track my order?
Tracking details will be emailed to the address you used at checkout as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order directly at https://goabode.com/order-tracking/.
Can I update my delivery address after an order ships?
Addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed. However, orders shipped via FedEx or UPS may be able to have the delivery address modified or held at a pickup location. Contact the carrier directly once your tracking number is available to explore this option.
Can I cancel all or part of my order?
Abode cannot cancel orders once placed because shipping instructions are sent to the warehouse immediately. If you no longer want an item, receive it and then start a return through the Abode Returns Center.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Abode ships to the USA and Canada for orders placed at goabode.com. Canadian customers are responsible for any VAT or customs fees, which must be paid upon delivery. If no one is available to receive and pay for the shipment, a collection notice will be left.
