How can I track my order?

Tracking details will be emailed to the address used at checkout as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order directly through the Abode UK store.

Can I update my delivery address after an order ships?

Addresses cannot be changed on our end once an order is placed. However, orders sent via APC may be able to have the address changed or the delivery redirected. Contact APC directly once you have your tracking number to explore your options.

Can I cancel all or part of my order?

Email support@goabode.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and the items you want to cancel. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched. If the order has already shipped, please accept delivery and then start a return for the items you do not want.
