How to Manage Multiple Accounts

You can manage multiple accounts/homes in one Abode App by quickly switching between multiple accounts. Multiple Abode accounts can be linked to a single app allowing you to navigate between the accounts without requiring you to log out of one account and into another account each time with your username and password. This quick account switching makes managing additional accounts, such as a vacation home or rental property, a breeze.

First, make sure you have created and setup your accounts using two different email addresses. You use the same email address with a "+" and extra text at the end to direct emails into the same inbox but appear as two unique email addresses. For example: janesmith+home@myhome.com and janesmith+cabin@myhome.com will both direct to janesmith@myhome.com.

To add an account to your app follow these steps:

1. In the Abode App on your iOS or Android device, select the Menu (≡).

2. Tap "Accounts".

3. Tap "Add Account". You will be prompted to log into your other Abode account with your username and password.

4. Once you are signed in to both accounts you can switch quickly between your different accounts by selecting the Menu (≡) > "Accounts" and tapping the account you would like to switch to.
