Integrating your Ecobee thermostat with Abode lets you manually control your thermostat from the Abode app and create CUE Automations to adjust your thermostat based on events in your smart home. For example: automatically set your Ecobee to 70 degrees when your front door sensor detects the door opening after 3 pm, or switch to an "Away" schedule to reduce heating and cooling costs when your Abode system arms to Away mode.
Setup Guide
1. In the Abode app, tap the Menu icon.
2. Tap "Integrations."
3. Tap "Ecobee."
4. Tap "Connect to Ecobee" to be directed to your Ecobee account.
5. Sign in to your Ecobee account with your username and password, and follow the setup guide to pair your Ecobee device to Abode.
6. Your Ecobee thermostat is now available in the Devices tab of the Abode app and can be used as an action in CUE automations.
Usage Guide
With your Ecobee thermostat paired to Abode, you can view and set the current temperature from the Devices tab. For a fully hands-free setup, pair your thermostat with other Abode devices and CUE Automations.
