UK Start a Return

To start a return, visit the Abode UK Returns Portal at store.goabode.co.uk/a/returns. Returns originating from within the UK are free of charge.

• You have 14 days from the date you received your device to request a full refund

• Devices must be returned in the condition they were received, in resaleable condition with the original packaging intact

• All original cords, adapters, mounting plates, components, and documentation must be included

• Returns originating from within the UK are free via the returns portal

• Orders shipped or used outside the United Kingdom are not eligible for return or refund

• Orders shipped or used outside the UK

• Annual plans can only be refunded if the Abode starter kit is returned within the 14-day window

• All other plan transactions are final and cannot be refunded — they can only be canceled before the next renewal date

1. Visit store.goabode.co.uk/a/returns.

2. Enter your order details and follow the prompts to submit your return request.

3. A free return shipping label will be provided for UK returns.

4. Repackage your item with all original contents and attach the label.

5. Drop off at your nearest APC collection point.
