You can cancel your Abode plan at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Abode does not offer prorated refunds for partial months or years.
Canceling a plan billed through Abode
1. In the Abode app, tap the Menu icon.
2. Tap your name to open your Profile.
3. Tap Plan Details.
4. Use the plans management page to cancel your subscription.
Canceling a plan billed through Apple
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name at the top where it says Apple ID, iCloud, Media and Purchases.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Find and tap the Abode subscription.
5. Cancel the subscription from this page. For more help, refer to Apple's guide on managing subscriptions.
Canceling a plan billed through Google
1. Open the Google Play app on your Android device.
2. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Tap Payments and Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
4. Find the Abode subscription and tap Cancel Subscription. Follow the prompts to complete.
What happens after cancellation
Your plan stays active until the anniversary date. After that, your account moves to the free tier. Note that stored video clips and timeline images are deleted according to the free plan rules and are not recoverable once removed.
