You can delete your Abode account from within the Abode app at any time. Please read the information below carefully before proceeding.
! | NOTE Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account removes all stored data, including your email address and personal details. Any grandfathered plan pricing you hold will be lost and cannot be restored. |
How to delete your account
From the Abode app
1. In the Abode app, tap the Menu icon.
2. Tap your account profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete User Account.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion.
By contacting support
If you prefer, you can contact the Abode support team via Live Chat at help.goabode.com or by emailing support@goabode.com. The team will verify your account before processing the deletion.
Before you delete
β’ Cancel any active plan to avoid being charged after account deletion
β’ Download any video clips or timeline events you want to keep, as these cannot be recovered after deletion
β’ If you are transferring your system to a new owner, consider the Hub transfer process instead of deleting your account
