The Abode Indoor Siren plugs into any standard indoor power outlet and sounds a 95dB alarm whenever your system is triggered. It runs on AC power with a rechargeable battery backup, so it stays operational even if power is interrupted.

Sound guide
The Indoor Siren uses different sound patterns to indicate different events. Entry/Exit, Arm, and Disarm sounds are OFF by default. You can enable them in the Abode app under your siren settings.

Pairing your Indoor Siren
1. Open the Abode app and navigate to the Device tab.
2. Tap "Add Device".
3. Tap "Security Add-Ons", then "Indoor Siren". Your Hub will enter Pairing Mode.
4. Plug the Indoor Siren into a power outlet. It will emit 2 short beeps and the LED will flash twice to confirm it is powered on.
5. Press and hold the Function button for 10 seconds until the LED begins to flash. This sends the pairing signal to your Hub.
6. When pairing is successful, the siren will appear in your device list and emit 2 beeps to confirm. Name the siren and tap Add to complete.

How the alarm works
• When an alarm is triggered, the siren activates and the LED flashes continuously
• The siren sounds for a maximum of 3 minutes, then stops automatically
• Disarming your system via the app will silence the siren immediately
Troubleshooting
Siren did not pair with Hub
1. Unplug the siren from the wall outlet.
2. Make sure your Hub is in Pairing Mode via Add Device in the app.
3. Press the Function button 4 times.
4. Plug the siren back into the wall. It should appear in the pairing screen.
5. Add the siren and name it to complete.
